4 mangos - peeled, seeded, and diced
1 (15 ounce) can black beans, rinsed and drained
1 (10 ounce) can white shoepeg corn, drained
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
1 lime, juiced
salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Stir the diced mango, black beans, corn, cilantro, lime juice, salt, and pepper together in a bowl. Chill at least 1 hour before serving.
